1. Are all of the wigs the same size?

Yes. All of our wigs are a size medium, which measures to a size 23" head. However, all of our wigs come with adjustable straps and a band to ensure a great fit. If you need a small or large wig, you will need to place a Pre-Order. 

2. Do the wigs come ready to wear?

Yes. All of our wigs come pre-plucked, with bleached knots, and pre-styled. Wigs come heat-styled or in the natural curl pattern.

3. Do the wigs come with adjustable straps?

Yes. All of our wigs come with adjustable straps as well as an elastic band. 

4. How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via Priority 2-3 day mail through USPS. For Ready-To-Wear Wigs, the wig will be shipped out within 2 business days. For Pre-Orders, your order will take at least 2 weeks to ship. Syd's Wigs is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by USPS or the weather. 

5. Where do you ship to?

Syd's Wigs only ships to the Continental United States (domestic 48 states). If you are located outside of this region, please Contact Us to arrange shipping. 

6. Why are the bob wigs more expensive?

The prices of bob wigs include the hair that was cut off to achieve the blunt cut. The hair is cut off to ensure equal density from root t o tip and non-bob wigs have a lighter density toward the end for a more natural effect. For example, a 10-inch bob wig was originally a 14-inch wig that was cut down to 10 inches.The price includes those 4 extra inches.

7. Do you accept returns or refunds?

We accept returns, but customers will not be issued a refund, only a store credit. Please email customerservice@sydswigs.com for instructions regarding returns. Please note that returns will only be accepted for wigs that are unwashed, unworn, and still have the tag attached. Returns must occur within 7 days of delivery and customers are required to pay for return shipping. Additionally, customers will be charged a $15 Restocking Fee. 

8. What is the difference between Ready-to-Ship Wigs and Pre-Order Wigs?

Ready-to-Ship Wigs are exactly how they sound. The wig that's shown in the photo is what's in stock and it will be shipped to the customer. Pay attention to the description box because these wigs will sometimes have different lace colors.. 

Pre-Orders take at least 2 weeks to fulfill. Our customers places an order and we place that order with our vendor. Essentially, Pre-Orders allow you to pick your preferences - texture, length, parting space - while Ready-to-Ship Wigs are what we already have in stock. Pre-Orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

9. Are you able to cut the lace for me?

Yes, we are able to cut the lace for our customers only for closure wigs. To request lace cutting, please add it in the Notes section during check out. Please note that if you request lace cutting, the wig is no longer eligible for exchange and, therefore, is final sale.

Shipping Policy

Syd's Wigs only ships within the Continental United States. Ready-to-Ship wigs will be shipped within 2 business days of placing the order unless otherwise noted.  All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping or USPS Express (2-day) Shipping. Syd's Wigs is not responsible for any shipping delays or failure of delivery. Should you have questions regarding your delivery, please visit the USPS website. If you need an alternative carrier or international shipping please contact customerservice@sydswigs.com and we can assist you. 

Return Policy

Syd's Wigs products are eligible for return and customers will not be issued a refund, only a store credit. Please email customerservice@sydswigs.com for instructions regarding returns. Customers must initiate returns within 7 days of delivery. Customers are required to pay for return shipping. Additionally, customers will be charged a $15 Restocking Fee. Pre-orders are final sale. 

Pre-Order Policy

The processing time for Pre-Orders is at least 2 weeks and can take up to 4 weeks. We will keep customers updated should we anticipate any delays. If after 28 days the order has not shipped, customers may cancel their pending order. Pre-Orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
